Unit Organisations.
Everyone has a favourite military force so please share with us the make up of that unit.
Better still if you have the specific layout of a military force that you have researched then please share it with us all so we can use it.
Cheers, Paul

FRENCH PLATOOD ORGANISATION.
28mm Modern French 2018 to present. These have taken quite some research due to the changes in weapons and kit that the French military have embarked upon.
The new weapon and therefore equipment is the HK416. This comes in both carbine and long versions with the bipod. The Milan AT launcher has been replaced with the MMP AT Launcher.
Fire teams are three members although the section is the main unit and from this support from Minimi LMG's and snipers using HK417, as well as AT4 AT launchers.
Unit make up is ;
1 platoon leader + 1 RTO
1 senior NCO (usually in charge of commanding the supporting elements when the platoon is split in 1 assault detachment and 1 support element)
3 infantry squads
1 support squad
Each infantry squad is organized like this :
1 squad leader (NCO or senior corporal)
1 "300 meters" team : 1 team leader +2 infantrymen / 3 HK416 and 1 M136 ( disposable AT rocket launcher)
1 "600 meters" team : 1 team leader +2 infantrymen/ 2 HK416, 1 Minimi, 1 LGI (grenade launcher similar to a 60mm commando mortar
1 driver and 1 gunner for the vehicle (VAB or VBCI )
The support squad is organized like this :
1 squad leader
2 Eryx AT missile teams (2 servants per ATM launcher)
1 driver and 1 gunner for the vehicle (VAB or VBCI )
The platoon is equipped with 4 vehicles : 1 for each infantry squad, 1 for command team and support squad.
Marksmen and snipers are in the support platoon (company level).
AT MMP missiles and 81mm mortars too.
